Hii! folks welcome back my blog☺
Reading is a habit that everyone should cultivate. Some people enjoy reading books, while others do not, and I, too, am not interested in reading. However, as time passes, I am becoming more interested in reading, and the most recent book I read is Attitude is Everything.
When I read this book, I was very inspired, and I wondered why I should share the important points in it.
When you read the title, you might think it's boring. who are not interested in reading books, and believe me if you do not feel bored while scanning this blog.
Now, let's get to the point.
The book Attitude is everything is based on Jeff Keller's journey as a motivational speaker.
He was doing well as a lawyer, but something was wrong.
So, in 1992, he decided to make a gradual change and begin working as a full-time motivational public speaker.
Define and control your Attitude
If half of the glass is filled with water, the glass is said to be half empty or half full.
If you say the glass is half empty, that person is said to as a pessimist. If you said half full, that sort of person is known as an optimist.
attitude as the mental filter through which you experience the world was Keller said. Attitude is determined by what you perceive with your eyes in terms of good or negative emotions.
If you can manage your attitude, you can modify the way you see the world. We consider our lives to be a window. Our window is always neat and clear when we are children. Our windows become dirty as we grow as a response to criticism, blame, rejection, and frustration. As a consequence, our good attitude switches to a negative attitude. Simply said, our attitude is controlled by our environment.
Imagination
Consider, for example, Celine Dion, a well-known Canadian singer. "You imagine in your school day to thin you can take so many awards when you become younger," the anchor questioned Celine Dione.
"When I was young, I expected my success," dione says. That is the power of the imagination. She can't only imagine; she has to work hard to achieve success. You may also start visualizing your goals, for example, if you have fear, you can imagine yourself speaking in front of a huge group of people. Imagine how often people laugh at you while you're kidding.
watch your words
When you're taking people, be careful what you say. Because even if you beat someone for a few days, they will forget about it, but if you say stuff, it will hurt their spirits. Not only that, however, if you behave negatively, it will weaken your personality. This should likely turn into a cycle. Words got inspired by thought. It will translate our beliefs into actions, and the final result will be exactly what you think. you can replace your words for example angry-furious, upset-livid similar to the language we use it will change your emotions. and replay them to all enthusiastically.
Stop complaining
Don't whine about what you don't have, such as "I don't have a vehicle," "I don't have a house," etc. Many people like this kind of nagging.
Complaining gives you loss in 3 ways:
1. Energy waste
2. Your pain will increase more
3. You can't think positively
Associate with positive people
Have you ever heard the expression, "We become a part of what we are surrounded by?"
Have you ever considered how this idea has molded and shaped your life? It's something to consider. The people you hang out with have a big influence on how you feel and what you achieve. I'm sure most of you are familiar with this concept. You've probably heard it a hundred times. However, this is one of those instances where theory and practice are vastly different. To put it another way, you know it's possible to restrict your connections with negative individuals, yet you still hang out with them. People that are negative will constantly draw you down to their level. They keep hammering at you with all the things you can't do and all the things you can't do. They barrage you with negative comments about the terrible economy, their particular difficulties, your particular troubles, and the terrible future prospects.
You feel tired, depressed, and exhausted after listening to toxic people directly.
Disclaimer: Success is a state of mind. If you want success, start thinking of yourself as a success.
